Hi, I'm Grace Wells, Physiotherapist and owner of Thrive Physio Studio.
I created Thrive Physio Studio to provide practical, personalised physiotherapy that helps people return to the activities that matter most to them.
As a physiotherapist, mum and athlete myself, I understand the challenges that come with injury, pregnancy, postpartum recovery and balancing a busy life.
My approach combines hands-on physiotherapy, education, strength training and rehabilitation to help you achieve lasting results rather than temporary relief.
